Global Infrastructure Services Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Services Lead to oversee the delivery of enterprise-wide IT services supporting approximately 3,000 users. This role is pivotal in driving technology transformation, optimizing service delivery through insourcing and offshoring strategies, and managing large-scale infrastructure projects while ensuring smooth business-as-usual operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage core infrastructure services, including End User Services, ID Management, Security Engineering & Operations, and Application Integration & Automation

• Drive managed services transformation to improve efficiency, scalability, and service quality.

• Implement insourcing and offshoring strategies to optimize resource allocation and operational effectiveness.

• Oversee large-scale infrastructure projects ensuring timely execution within scope and budget.

• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align IT infrastructure services with business objectives.

• Ensure SLA compliance and maintain high service availability across all infrastructure domains.

• Foster a high-performance team culture, providing leadership and strategic direction to support business growth and operational excellence.

• Maintain BAU operations while executing transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure for enterprises with at least 3,000 users.

• Strong expertise in end-user computing, IT security operations, identity management, and automation.

• Track record in managed services transformation, insourcing/offshoring strategies, and enterprise IT project management.

• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across technical and business teams.

• Experience in delivering large-scale IT infrastructure projects within a complex enterprise environment.

• Fluent in both Japanese and English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively across global teams and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a focus on service improvement and innovation.
