[Fully Remote] Software Engineer - AI-Powered B2B SaaS Startup

Our client is a fast-growing B2B SaaS AI startup on a mission to transform the way businesses generate leads. As a key member of their engineering team, you'll work on cutting-edge technology in a collaborative and innovative environment.

We are looking for experienced software developers with a strong background in building scalable web applications. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to develop high-quality software that enhances the customer experience.

This fully remote position is open to candidates outside Japan, but fluency in Japanese is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance new and existing web applications.
• Lead new projects and teams, ensuring successful execution.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
• Improve and optimize existing product functionalities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python or Node.js (other languages will also be considered).
• Experience working with B2B products is preferred but not required.
• Fluency in Japanese is essential.
