We are looking for a Global HR Director to lead HR strategy in Japan, the Asia-Pacific region, and the Middle East.
This role involves creating and implementing an HR plan that aligns with the company’s goals and supports a strong, high-performing culture. You will provide strategic leadership with regional oversight and have a chance to influence HR practices in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute an HR strategy that aligns with business goals and integrates smoothly across Japan and the APAC regions.
- Work with the global CEO and CPO as part of the leadership team to aid in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Offer expert advice to senior leaders on organizational design, talent management, and leadership in different locations.
- Build a strong HR model that supports employee development and business growth, ensuring consistency and the use of technology.
- Lead and manage a team of over 50 HR professionals in Japan and APAC, encouraging a culture of growth and high performance.
- Collaborate with key partners to improve organizational structure and culture, and to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
