Global Asset Management: Head of Client Reporting

A leading global investment management firm is seeking a Head of Client Reporting to lead its Tokyo-based team. This role oversees the production and delivery of high-quality institutional and retail fund reports while driving process improvements, data management enhancements, and strategic platform upgrades.

📌 Lead and manage a client reporting team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
📌 Oversee reporting operations, including offshore and outsourced processes.
📌 Drive strategic improvements to reporting platforms and workflows.
📌 Collaborate with internal and global teams (Sales, Investment, Product, IT).
📌 Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain best-in-class reporting standards.

🔹 Extensive experience in institutional client reporting (public pensions, financial institutions, retail funds).
🔹 Proven leadership experience managing reporting teams.
🔹 Strong knowledge of investment products (equity, fixed income, alternatives).
🔹 Expertise in data/reporting platform enhancements.
🔹 Fluent in English & native Japanese proficiency (mandatory).
