Multi-Asset Portfolio Associate - Asset Management

An investment management firm headquartered in Tokyo is looking for a Junior Analyst / Associate to join their expanding team. You will support senior managers in evaluating investment opportunities across multiple assets, with a strong focus on alternatives. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in fund investments and contribute to innovative, multi-asset strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior team members in researching and analyzing fund investments.

• Prepare reports and presentation materials.

• Contribute to investment strategies across equities, fixed income, and alternatives.

• Support ongoing projects and improve research processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.

• 1-5 years of relevant experience.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Curiosity, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

• Fluent in English and Japanese.
