A leading company in the FMCG sector is looking for a Financial Planning Manager. You'll play an important role in business planning and strategy, and you'll lead & develop junior team members.

Responsibilities:

• - Develop & coach team members.
• - Create detailed business forecasts; provide strategic recommendations
• - Analyze KPIs and consumer behavior, focusing on volume, market share, and competitive insights.
• - Respond to changes in regulations.
• - Collaborate with global HQ.

Qualifications:

• - 7-8 years of relevant finance experience
• - Experience with business planning & demand forecasting
• - Experience with consumer goods or FMCG (preferred)
• - Experience working in a multinational company (preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
