Financial Accountant (Up to 12m JPY, Remote work OK!)

We are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join a top asset management firm's team in Tokyo. The role focuses on ensuring accurate local accounting and financial oversight.

You will work closely with regional and offshore teams to maintain consistency in financial data and processes. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing remote work three times a week.

【業務内容】

• - 日本法人の全ての買掛金の管理
• - 第三者への支払い処理
• - 会計帳簿への正確かつタイムリーな仕訳入力
• - オフショア業務のレビューを含む会計帳簿の整合性の監視
• - アジアパシフィックのCFOおよび日本の財務会計士と協力して、財務結果の解釈とビジネス関連性の確保
• - 日本の規制当局向けの財務諸表および法定報告書の作成
• - 地元の監査人や税務コンサルタントと協力し、日本法人の正確な帳簿維持
• - ローカル要件およびグローバル統合のための管理レポートのサポート
• - 日本のGAAPおよびIFRSへの準拠の確保
• - 香港に拠点を置くアジア地域財務チームが主導するグローバルプロジェクトの支援

【応募資格】

• - 財務諸表および法定報告書の作成経験
• - 金融サービス業界または監査の経験
• - 会計事務所での経験（歓迎）
• - 資産運用業界での経験（歓迎）
• - 日本のGAAPおよびIFRSの理解
