Our client is a leader in consulting, audit, and accounting, and they're looking for a Financial Reporting & M&A Advisory Specialist. You'll work on important cross-border deals, providing advice on financial reporting and accounting. You'll be part of a global team, handling complex projects with international exposure.


主な職務内容：

1. クロスボーダーの合併・買収、事業再編、IPO、アライアンス、資金調達における会計および財務報告のアドバイスを提供
2. GAAP変換や企業統合、購入価格配分などの複雑な会計タスクに関する指導
3. 英語と日本語を駆使して国際的なオフィスと連携
4. 会計原則を活用して市場価値を向上

理想的な候補者のプロファイル：

• JICPA、USCPA、または同等の資格を有する方
• TOEIC800点以上の英語力
• 監査、GAAP変換、またはアドバイザリー業務の経験
• 国際的な職務経験およびプロジェクト管理スキルがあれば尚可
• IFRSおよびUSGAAPプロセスに関する知識
