A top consulting firm is looking for a Corporate Finance and M&A Specialist. This role focuses on M&A advisory services, including strategic planning and post-deal integration, with a focus on cross-border transactions. You will work with the Deals Execution Team to boost market value. This role offers full M&A experience, involvement in cross-border projects, and work in a diverse, inclusive setting.


主な業務内容:

• M&A戦略の策定と実行
• 買収ターゲットや潜在的な買い手の発掘
• 交渉プランの立案と実行
• デューデリジェンスのサポートと価値分析の実施
• 買収資金の確保と関連資料の作成
• 契約締結、発表、取引完了のための資料準備

応募資格:

• 銀行、投資銀行、証券会社、M&Aブティック、またはコンサルティングファームでのM&A関連業務経験が3年以上
• クライアント関係管理能力と優れたコミュニケーションスキル
• マネージャー職の場合：金融アドバイザリー業務での5年以上の経験、確立された顧客基盤とチーム管理能力
• 歓迎条件：アクティビスト株主との経験、業界知識の深さ、CPAやUSCPAなどの資格
• 学士号以上で、約5年のプロフェッショナル経験
• 財務分析、コンサルティング、Microsoft Officeにおける高いスキル
