We are seeking a Crossborder M&A Advisor with native-level Japanese skills for a top consulting firm. This role focuses on international mergers and acquisitions, with opportunities for frequent overseas travel and the use of English in a professional setting. Ideal candidates will have experience in M&A brokerage, advisory, or asset management, particularly in firms like the Big4 or in private equity. This role offers significant exposure to global operations for those looking to expand their international expertise.

主な業務内容：

• - ASEAN、オセアニア、ヨーロッパを中心にクロスボーダーM&A案件を特定し、成約に導く。
• - 綿密なリサーチと分析を通じて、グローバルなパートナーや買収候補との関係を構築・維持する。
• - 日本のクライアント向けにM&A戦略を策定・管理し、国際的なパートナーとの円滑なコミュニケーションと交渉を確保する。
• - 1億円から100億円規模の案件を対象に、ターゲットの発見からディールクローズまでのM&Aプロセス全般を監督する。
• - ASEAN、オセアニア、ヨーロッパのパートナー企業と連携し、ビジネス関係を強化する。

応募資格：

• - ネイティブレベルの日本語と高度なビジネス英語能力を持ち、日本語と国際的なパートナーとの文書翻訳やコミュニケーションが可能な方。
• - M&Aプロジェクトの経験。
• - 商社、証券会社、銀行、大手企業での3年以上の企画または財務の経験。
• - 会計事務所や監査法人での財務アドバイザリーサービスの経験、または公認会計士資格を持つ方。
