We are looking for a Finance/Accounting Manager to join a top company in the hotel and fund management sector in Tokyo. This hybrid role is perfect for finance professionals who is detail-oriented and works well with a team.


Key Responsibilities:

• - Manage Oracle finance systems for smooth accounts receivable and payable operations.
• - Ensure compliance with audits, corporate tax, and VAT, and deliver accurate financial reports on time.
• - Handle month-end processes, including bank reconciliations, forecasting, and balance sheet reconciliation.
• - Collaborate with management on annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• - Verify and process monthly payroll, ensuring timely payments.
• - Mentor and support finance staff to create a collaborative and efficient workplace.

Qualifications:

• - At least 7 years of experience in finance, including 2 years in a supervisory role; solid understanding of finance functions, audits, and tax processes.
• - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or Business Management/Administration.
• - Chartered Accountant, Certified General Accountant, or Certified Management Accountant designation is a plus.
• - Excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor with high integrity.
