We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join a leading company in the retail sector in Tokyo. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations. 主な職務内容：

• OTR部門における在庫管理、税務コンプライアンス、財務報告を中心とした全業務を担当。
• 正確な税金計算および申告書の作成。
• 月次および年次の財務締めをJ-GAAPおよびIFRS基準に従って完了。
• 2〜3名の経理スタッフの小規模チームを指導し、生産的な職場環境を創出。
• 物流、購買、ITチームと連携し、ビジネス活動を支援し、プロセスを改善。
• デジタルトランスフォーメーションを推進し、プロセスを簡素化し、業務効率を向上。
• 監査および財務レビュー時にグループおよび日本の会計基準を遵守。

望ましい資格：

• 企業内での一般会計の豊富な経験。
• リーダーシップとチーム管理能力の実績。
• 日本語と英語の両方での優れたコミュニケーション能力。
• SAPの使用経験および高度なExcelと財務システムスキル。
• 高い誠実性、細部への注意力、積極的な問題解決のアプローチ。
• 複雑なタスクとスケジュールを正確に管理する能力。
• 異なる部門と良好な関係を築ける強いコミュニケーター。
• デジタル技術の進展と業務改善に興味がある方。
• マトリックス組織構造での勤務経験。
