Our client are an IT services provider, recruiting a Finance Director. You'll lead all financial strategy in Japan, and manage all members of the department.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage large finance team.
• - Oversee finance and accounting operations.
• - Lead special projects to improve financial operations & efficiency.
• - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• - Provide strategic business planning recommendations.

Requirements:

• - 8+ years of relevant experience.
• - Experience working in IT or B2B services company (strongly preferred)
• - Team leadership ability
• - Experience with ERP (preferred).
• - Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financial due diligence (preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
