業務内容：

• - ビジネスケースプロジェクトを外部および内部チームと共にリードし、事業売却や再構築プロジェクトを推進します。
• - 合弁事業のパフォーマンスを管理し、FP&Aフレームワークを改善することで、部門リーダーと協力してコスト削減や予算管理を行います。
• - 経営陣に対し新たなビジネス機会を提案し、FP&Aチームと共にゼロベース予算策定戦略を開発・実施します。

応募資格：

• - 商学、経済学、コンピュータサイエンス、情報システムまたは類似分野での学士号以上の学歴をお持ちの方。
• - FP&Aおよび管理会計で5年以上の経験がある方。
• - 監査または会計アドバイザリーの経験、特にコンサルティング会社やBig 4での経験があれば尚可。
• - 優れた分析力と問題解決能力を持つ方。
• - 円滑な移行を可能にする変革管理の専門知識。
• - IT/ERP/SAPシステムの経験と、FMCGまたは製造業界に精通している方は歓迎します。
