We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for a key player in the food and beverage industry. This role involves managing financial accounting, ensuring compliance, and providing insights to support business growth. The successful candidate will strengthen the company's financial base and aid in expansion.

主な業務内容：

• - 月次・四半期・年次の財務締めをIFRSおよびJGAAPに従って管理
• - 正確な財務報告と監査におけるコンプライアンスを確保
• - 財務報告におけるJ-SOXコンプライアンスの管理
• - 経営陣への財務分析とインサイトの提供
• - FP&Aと連携し、財務報告および差異分析を実施
• - 貸借対照表の調整を監督
• - 監査の主な連絡窓口として外部監査人と協力
• - 新しいビジネスモデルおよび会計基準の導入

応募資格と経験：

• - 財務、経済、会計、または関連分野の学士号以上
• - JCPA、USCPA、UKCAなどの専門資格
• - 5年以上の財務および会計の経験
• - ERPシステムに精通している
• - 日本の上場企業での監査または決算業務の経験があると尚良
• - IFRSおよび財務分析の深い知識
• - 細部に注意を払い、積極的に問題を解決するスキル
• - 優れたコミュニケーション能力とステークホルダーとの連携力
• - 日本語に堪能で、ビジネスレベルの英語力
