They are searching for a Finance & Accounting Manager as part of their continued growth and preparations.

Our client offer a highly flexible work environment including remote options ( テレワーク ) & flex-time, with no core hours.

主な業務内容：

• - 会計および財務業務の管理
• - 予算編成とキャッシュフローの監督
• - IPO準備の主導と正確な財務報告の確保
• - 財務報告書類の作成と管理

応募資格：

• - 会計と財務の両方の経験
• - 上場企業または上場準備企業での経験
• - 法定書類を含む財務報告に関するスキル
• - 英語での会計および財務開示のスキル（優遇）
• - 投資家向け広報（IR）の経験（優遇）
