Our client are a fast-growing SaaS startup, recruiting an Accounting Lead.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and annual closing processes.
• Prepare various accounting reports, including monthly, annual, and management accounting reports.
• Compile, manage, and analyze sales data.
• Implementation of new accounting systems & processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of accounting experience.
• Experience in audit support within accounting firms or businesses (preferred).
• Experience in preparing disclosure documents (preferred).
• Experience working in a startup environment (preferred).
• MUST be fluent in Japanese.
