Responsibilities

Provide full administrative support to senior executives.

シニアエグゼクティブへの包括的な事務サポートを提供する。

Manage busy schedules and coordinate meetings across time zones.

忙しいスケジュールを管理し、異なるタイムゾーンにまたがる会議を調整する。

Arrange travel and prepare travel plans.

出張手配を行い、旅行計画を準備する。

Help prepare and edit reports, presentations, and emails.

報告書、プレゼンテーション資料、メールの作成および編集を支援する。

Serve as a point of contact between executives and others.

エグゼクティブと他者の間の連絡窓口として機能する。

Keep files and records organized and secure.

ファイルや記録を整理し、安全に管理する。

Assist with special projects as needed.

必要に応じて特別プロジェクトをサポートする。

Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in Finance or Real Estate.

エグゼクティブアシスタントとして5年以上の経験、特に金融または不動産業界での経験が望ましい。

Strong English communication skills; Japanese is a plus.

優れた英語のコミュニケーション能力必須。日本語スキルがあれば尚可。

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Able to work independently and handle confidential information carefully.
