We are looking for an experienced ESG/Sustainability Advisory Professional to join our client's team in Tokyo. This role is a chance to make a real difference in climate change and sustainability advisory services. You will work with a global network of over 3,800 sustainability experts to deliver services that create long-term value for clients. The team is international, offering opportunities for cross-border projects. You will also have the chance to collaborate with professionals from various fields and may travel internationally for assignments.

職務内容:

- ESGおよびサステナビリティ戦略の開発と実施を行います。
- 持続可能なファイナンスやESG開示・保証に携わります。
- 気候変動対策計画を策定し、気候関連リスクを管理します。
- 環境、健康、安全管理システムの監督を行います。
- 人権リスクを取り扱い、持続可能なサプライチェーン戦略を管理します。
- サステナビリティにおけるデジタルトランスフォーメーションプロジェクトをリードします。

応募資格:

- 日本語（ネイティブレベル）、英語（ビジネスレベル）が堪能であること。
- コンサルティング経験、特にESGやサステナビリティ分野での経験があることが望ましい。
- Microsoft Word、Excel、PowerPointの強力なスキルを持つこと。
- 論理的思考を持ち、積極的な問題解決アプローチができること。
- 優れたチームワークと協力スキルを持つこと。
- ビジネスまたはコンサルティング環境でのサステナビリティにおける少なくとも2年以上の経験。
- 優れたプレゼンテーションおよび分析スキルを持つこと。
- 社会科学、環境科学、または関連分野の学位を有すること。
