M&A Advisory Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced M&A Advisory Specialist for our client, a well-known firm in Tokyo. This role offers a great chance to be involved in every part of M&A activities, from planning to closing deals, in a lively and multicultural setting. You will gain extensive M&A experience, work on international projects, and grow in an open and diverse work culture.

職務内容:

M&A戦略の立案と実行
買収対象企業や買い手の発掘支援
取引プロセスのリードおよび交渉
契約条件の作成と最終化の補助
デューデリジェンスおよび企業評価の実施
買収資金の調達
取引に必要なすべての文書の準備と完了
クロスボーダー取引の管理および国際チームとの協力

応募資格:

メガバンク、投資銀行、証券会社、またはコンサルティングファームでの3年以上のM&A経験
顧客関係構築およびコミュニケーション能力が高いこと
管理職を希望する場合、5年以上の財務アドバイザリーおよびチーム管理経験
業界に精通しており、関連資格（CPA、USCPA、または公認アナリスト）があれば尚可
学士号以上を取得し、5年以上の業務経験があること
財務分析およびコンサルティング能力が優れていること
英語力があれば尚可
