Equity Analyst for a Global Asset Management Firm

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and valuation of companies within assigned sectors.
• Generate investment ideas and present recommendations to portfolio managers.
• Monitor and report on market trends, economic indicators, and industry developments.
• Assist in the preparation of research reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with global team members to support investment decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA designation is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in equity research (buy-side or sell-side firms)
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
• Fluent in both English and Japanese.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
