Enterprise Support Manager (Team Management role!)

Our client are a leader in enterprise services / SaaS. They're recruiting an Enterprise Support Manager to lead a team of Technical Account Managers for our client in the enterprise services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Lead a team of account managers providing technical support.
  • - Lead projects to improve processes and operations
  • - Act as company representative; build strong relationships with senior members at customer companies.
  • - Manage training of new members.
  • - Find solutions for escalated issues.


Basic Qualifications:

  • - 5+ years experience in IT support, services, consulting, or technical sales.
  • - Experience in team management.
  • - Experience managing software engineering teams (preferred).
  • - Capable of dealing with senior customers & handling escalated issues.
  • - Must be fluent in Japanese.
  • - Knowledge of cloud platforms (preferred).
  • - Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis (preferred).
