Enterprise Architect - Business Architecture & Strategy

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the development and execution of system architecture for a top company in the FMCG sector. In this key role, you will work closely with senior management to create strategic solutions for infrastructure, applications, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Create system architecture and roadmaps that align with the strategic goals of senior leaders, including the Global CEO, CIO, and Board Members.
• - Turn business challenges into architectural solutions that match the company's priorities, without relying on traditional TOGAF frameworks.
• - Work with key stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives, ensuring clear communication and implementation across departments.
• - Lead projects by managing and improving roadmaps, solving issues together, and keeping progress on track toward the desired system design.

Qualifications:

• - Proven experience in enterprise-level system design, focusing on applications, infrastructure, or security.
• - Strong project management skills, with experience leading projects from start to finish and handling budgets over ¥100 million.
• - Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a global, fast-paced environment.
• - Proficiency in English
• - Experience working directly with executive management to advance strategic projects.
• - Ability to bridge cultural and professional differences between Japan and Europe, improving project management and communication.
• - Commitment to developing team members.
• - A positive, health-conscious attitude with a genuine interest in people and strong self-discipline.
