• - オフィス管理業務、電話システム、郵便・宅配便サービスなどの事務作業を担当する
• - 受付業務をスムーズに行い、高いサービス基準を維持する
• - 電話応対をプロフェッショナルに行い、基本的なITサポートを提供する
• - サードパーティベンダーとの関係を構築・維持し、運営の改善を図る
• - アップセルやクロスセルを通じて収益を向上させる
