Our client, a top company in the luxury retail sector, is looking for a Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Specialist to join their team in Tokyo. You will be part of a global industry leader, engaging in challenging and inspiring projects within a multicultural setting.

Responsibilities:

• - Create and implement D&I strategies to promote an inclusive workplace.
• - Work with different teams to incorporate D&I principles into business practices.
• - Lead projects that support sustainability and corporate responsibility.
• - Evaluate the success of D&I programs and suggest improvements.
• - Offer resources and training on D&I topics throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

• - Experience in Diversity & Inclusion or a related area.
• - Good knowledge of sustainability practices in a corporate setting.
• - Strong English communication skills; other languages are a plus.
• - Ability to work well with others and influence at all levels of the organization
