A top global law firm is looking for a Disputes Associate to join their Tokyo team. This job offers the chance to work in an international legal environment on important cases with diverse clients.

業務内容：

- 複数国にまたがる複雑な紛争を処理し、解決に導く。

- 各チームと協力して、案件の戦略を策定する。

- 詳細な法的調査と分析を行う。

- 法的基準に即した文書の作成およびレビューを行う。

- クライアントを交渉、調停、裁判手続きで代表する。

応募資格：

- 紛争解決または訴訟での実務経験3年以上。

- 法的原則と手続きに関する強い理解。

- 優れた問題解決能力と意思決定能力。

- 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（日本語力があれば尚可）。

- チームで協力し、プレッシャーの中でも業務を遂行できる能力。
