主な業務内容：

- 複雑な紛争や訴訟案件を管理し、的確な法的助言と代理を提供する。
- 案件準備のための詳細な法的調査と分析を行う。
- 訴状、動議、和解契約書などの法的文書を作成・審査する。
- 経験豊富な法律専門家のチームと共に案件戦略を立案する。
- 効果的なコミュニケーションと交渉を通じて、強固なクライアント関係を構築・維持する。

応募資格：

- 紛争解決または訴訟の経験が3年以上ある方。
- 日本の法制度および規制に関する深い理解がある方。
- 複数の案件を管理し、効率的にタスクを優先できる能力。
- 日本語と英語に堪能で、優れた書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力を持つ方。
- 優れた分析力と問題解決能力がある方。
