We are looking for a Director of Rooms to manage the room division at a luxury resort in Okinawa.

業務内容：

• - フロントオフィス、ハウスキーピング、コンシェルジュ、ゲストサービスチームの効果的な指導および管理
• - 客室および公共エリアの清掃、メンテナンス、プレゼンテーション基準の維持
• - VIPリクエストの対応および迅速なサービス問題解決
• - サービスの効率化と顧客満足度向上を目指したプロジェクトの主導
• - 客室部門の予算管理および最適化

応募資格：

• - 8年以上の関連業務経験
• - ラグジュアリーまたは高級ホテルでの経験
• - チームリーダーシップの経験
• - 予算管理の経験
