Device Management Lead

Location: Tokyo (Hybrid)

Overview

To enhance the services for an expanding user base, our client is looking for a Device Management Lead to improve the productivity of their employees and support the global structure of our organization within the Information Systems Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee devices (PCs, smartphones, etc.) across the expanding organization, including new group companies.
• Develop and improve device management strategies and processes.
• Create device policies and implement them through MDM (Mobile Device Management).
• Define standard device specifications across the group.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in macOS.
• Experience in device management (Mac) using Jamf Pro.
• Prior experience in environment setup is a plus.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Knowledge and experience managing devices using MDM systems (e.g., Intune).
• Experience in device lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11 Enterprise.
• Understanding of basic device structure and functionality.
• Skills in device setup and troubleshooting.
• Experience in OS installation, configuration, and management (Windows, macOS).
• Knowledge of device security measures, including data encryption and remote wipe.
• Ability to create documentation and guidelines for device management.
• Capability to plan and lead device deployment and upgrade projects.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking.

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Conversational level (N2-N3)
• English: Basic business level (TOEIC score of 700 or above preferred) Note: This position involves working with international offices, requiring communication in both Japanese and English.
