Data Product Owner - Healthcare Industry

We are looking for a Data Product Owner to boost data and analytics in our client's customer engagement projects in the healthcare sector. This role involves managing data products from start to finish, aiming to enhance marketing and digital content strategies. The right candidate will have technical skills and be able to manage stakeholders effectively. This position offers the chance to impact the healthcare industry by using data to improve customer engagement and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the management of data and analytics products for Marketing, Digital Content, and CRM.
- Build and maintain data solutions on a Snowflake platform, using Power BI for analytics, and lead a team of engineers.
- Improve data integration and ingestion processes to ensure smooth operation with the customer engagement system.
- Work with internal stakeholders to align solutions with business goals, manage expectations, and document requirements.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure product documentation is clear and accessible.
- Participate in regional and global meetings to align data efforts and promote knowledge-sharing.

Qualifications:

- Fluent in English and Japanese
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in roles like Data/Analytics/Software Engineer or Product Owner.
- Experience managing engineering resources and vendor relationships, with knowledge of SAFe and DevOps.
- Skilled in SQL, Python, and modern data tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Apache Airflow, AWS).
- Proficient in business intelligence platforms, especially QlikSense or Power BI.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on practical data use.
