Responsibilities

  • - Understand clients' business needs and challenges; offer suitable product solutions.
  • - Strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • - Propose new products and services to existing clients
  • - Create cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • - Understand client product usage; offer tailored propositions and expand contracts.
  • - Conduct satisfaction surveys and utilize feedback for service improvement.
  • - Collaborate with Customer Success, Pre-sales, Product, and Support teams to address client issues.
  • - Provide insights to the Product team.
  • - Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to provide strategic insights for improvement.


Requirements:

  • - 5+ years experience in the software/IT industry
  • - Experience dealing with enterprise accounts.
  • - Must be fluent in Japanese.
  • - Commitment to understanding and deepening solution knowledge.
  • - Experience in streamlining / improving business process.
