Key Responsibilities:

• - Develop and apply risk strategies to improve the Japan Lending portfolio, focusing on profit and growth.
• - Build strong relationships with teams such as Risk Management, Operations, Product, and Marketing to ensure company-wide success.
• - Analyze credit performance data to identify trends, solve problems, and find ways to improve.
• - Keep updated on market changes, regulations, and competitor actions to encourage innovation.
• - Use your knowledge of client systems to develop effective solutions.

Essential Skills and Experience

• - 4 to 6 years of experience in analytics and credit risk management, with strong data analysis skills.
• - Ability to influence various audiences and work well in a collaborative team setting.
• - Proven capability to challenge existing processes and drive change using data insights.
• - Experience with statistical programming (SAS, SQL, R, Python) and knowledge of card lending products.
• - Proficient in Japanese and English.
• - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
