We are seeking a Credit Risk Senior Associate for a leading global financial services firm in Tokyo. This role is crucial in developing and implementing the firm's risk management strategy. You will work with a global team, offering valuable experience in credit risk strategies at both local and international levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Perform thorough credit analyses of local counterparties in derivative transactions.
• - Assign internal ratings and set credit limits, following company policies.
• - Develop contract terms, including collateral requirements, and approve specific deals.
• - Create detailed credit exposure reports for senior management, using data from global offices.
• - Prepare and present reports for regulators, rating agencies, and internal audits.
• - Suggest improvements to the credit risk management framework.

Qualifications:

• - Experience in financial analysis, especially in credit risk, is preferred.
• - Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• - Fluent in Japanese and English for business purposes.
• - Open to learning new methods and practices.
• - Knowledge of derivatives trading is a plus.
