Responsibilities:

• Guide the strategic alignment of the business within global and market-specific frameworks.
• Effective leadership and management of a growing team.
• Comprehensive oversight of profit & loss (P&L).
• Foster and manage client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Oversee billing processes and operations.
• Facilitate seamless communication between local and global units.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in insurtech, technology, insurance, or consulting.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Comprehensive P&L management experience.
• Fluent in both Japanese and English.
• Aptitude for nurturing client relationships.
