Head of E-Commerce
**Job Description:**
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our e-commerce platform, optimizing user experience, and maximizing online sales. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance our brand's digital presence and increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies with HQ to achieve sales and growth targets.
- Oversee website management, including design, functionality, and content updates.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
- Lead digital marketing efforts with the Marketing Team, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
- Manage and mentor the e-commerce team to ensure effective execution of goals.
- Collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and IT teams to align e-commerce initiatives with brand objectives.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online retail trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing software.
