• Oversee and refine the compensation system in Japan.
• Lead the job grade system in collaboration with international HR teams.
• Conduct and participate in discussions with compensation professionals from various regions.
• Initiate and manage HR systems tailored for the Japan market.

Qualifications:

• Experience in HR system changes and project management.
• Knowledge of salary evaluation systems
• Familiarity with job evaluation methods like Mercer IPE.
• Japanese fluency.
• Experience in HRBP roles (preferred).
