Our client are a high-end, major hotel in Kyoto, recruiting a Commercial Manager. This is a great chance to take on a role managing multiple teams for a major property.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams (eg. sales, reservations, and marketing teams).
• Collaborate with General Manager on revenue and marketing plans.
• Manage budgets.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies.
• Conduct regular market and competitor research.
• Develop pricing strategies and sales goals.
• Handle customer needs and feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience (sales, marketing, etc)
• Experience in team management
• Experience working in international hotel chains.
• Must be fluent in Japanese
• Budget management ability
