Our client are a global leader in high-end hotels, recruiting a Cluster Sales Manager to lead sales for three luxury hotels in Japan.

The hotels are located across Tokyo and Mie - you'll be based in central Tokyo.

• - 3つのラグジュアリーホテルの営業管理。
• - リピーター顧客に焦点を当てた強固な顧客関係の構築と維持。
• - 新規顧客の開拓と既存アカウントの管理。
• - グループ予約やVIP対応のための問い合わせ対応、提案書作成、契約交渉。
• - マーケティングパッケージやプロモーションの企画・実施。
• - 顧客向けのファミリャライゼーションツアー、現地視察、営業出張に参加し、目標達成を目指す。
• - ビジネスパフォーマンスのレポートとインサイトの提供。
• - ホテルサービスのアップセルおよびクロスセルの機会を特定。

応募資格:

• - 営業経験3年以上。
• - ラグジュアリーホテル業界での経験。
• - 英語でのコミュニケーション能力。
• - 中国語でのコミュニケーション能力（優遇）。
