Client Development & Strategy Manager (Luxury Goods)

Our client are a globally renowned luxury fashion brand, recruiting a Client Development & Strategy Manager.

This is a strategic support role, tasked with creating client engagement strategies for the Client Engagement team to execute. Your focus will be on analyzing performance metrics, building strategic plans, and driving local market growth.

Responsibilities:

  • - Create client engagement strategies for high value clients.
  • - Collaborate with the Client Engagement Team to manage the strategic roadmap for Japan.
  • - Set and track KPIs, analyze performance.
  • - Find new business & client engagement opportunities.
  • - Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth omni-channel client engagement (eg. Retail, Merchandising, and Digital Marketing teams).
  • - Create and manage external partnerships for new client acquisition.


Qualifications:

  • - Background in marketing, retail, hospitality, or customer-related industries.
  • - Experience in luxury goods or fashion.
  • - Experience in business intelligence and/or consulting (preferred).
  • - Strong analytical skills; experience in database software.
