Capital Markets Management Specialist (9-11m JPY, good WLB!)

Our client are a leader in online travel with a strong and well-established presence in Japan. They're recruiting a Capital Markets Management Specialist.

You will be responsible for building and improving relationships with both domestic and international investors, as well other stakeholders (eg. investment banks, equity analysts, and media outlets).

Responsibilities:

• - Build and improve relationships with investors and related parties
• - Handle capital markets prep work, including drafting prospectuses and listing shareholders
• - Prepare and deliver company updates and presentations
• - Ensure company disclosures comply with capital markets standards
• - Lead other projects.

Qualifications:

• - 3+ years of relevant experience (eg. investment banking, investment funds, investor relations, or financial communications)
• - Experience in the Internet, e-commerce, or travel industry (preferred, but not required)
• - Strong project management skills
• - Fluent in Japanese
• - Experience with IFRS (preferred)
• - Knowledge of Japanese disclosure requirements (preferred)
