We are looking for a C&B and HRIS Specialist for a leading company in the fashion and luxury industry.
The role offers a flexible hybrid work model with an office in Shibuya and works closely to the C&B Manager in Osaka.
Responsibilities:
- Manage local HRIS tasks with guidance from the C&B Manager.
- Handle employee data for onboarding, transfers, and terminations while ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards.
- Work with global and local HRIS teams to improve processes.
- Oversee payroll for selected group companies, working with external vendors to ensure policy and legal compliance.
- Analyze labor cost data and provide recommendations.
- Implement and update company policies and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and address employee queries.
- Prepare and review HR reports, including overtime and payroll summaries.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in HRIS management.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices.
- Basic understanding of social and labor insurance.
- Skilled in data analysis and making recommendations based on findings.
- Fluent in English for reading and writing, with potential communication with global headquarters.
- Experience in the retail industry or with flexible work environments.
- Participation in HRIS projects and experience in multinational or shared services settings.
- Knowledge of compensation revisions and bonus calculations.
