Job Description:

We are helping a well-known consulting company in Tokyo find an experienced BPO Accounting Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in accounting and finance management who enjoys creating effective solutions. The company offers services in system consulting, business process outsourcing, and M&A advisory. They focus on growth and transformation.

業務内容:

クライアントに合わせたソリューションの立案から提案、契約交渉までを担当。
プロジェクトのタイムラインを管理し、チームメンバーと協力してプロジェクトを成功裏に完了させる。
会計、税務、システム導入についてチームメンバーを指導・育成。
部門やグループの収益性を管理し、財務目標を達成。
提案書や報告書の作成およびプレゼンテーションを実施。

Qualifications:

- Strong desire to improve and proactive attitude.
- Excellent teamwork skills and commitment to solving client issues.
- Ability to think independently and make decisions.
- Experience in management accounting with a focus on accounting tasks and team leadership in a corporate environment.
- Possess knowledge equivalent to Japan Bookkeeping 2nd Grade or similar.
- Holders of advanced qualifications such as Japan Bookkeeping 1st Grade, CPA, USCPA are welcome.
- Experience in financial disclosure tasks.
- Primarily responsible for clients in Chiba and Tokyo, with some tasks in Kanagawa and Saitama. May work at the Chiba or Nihonbashi office as needed.

- 日本簿記（日商簿記）2級または同等の知識を有すること。
- 日商簿記1級、CPA、USCPAなどの上級資格をお持ちの方歓迎。
- 財務開示業務の経験。
- 主に千葉と東京のクライアントを担当し、一部業務は神奈川や埼玉でも行われます。必要に応じて、千葉または日本橋のオフィスで勤務する場合があります。
