We are looking for a Bilingual Manager skilled in Cross-Border M&A and Financial Reporting Advisory. You must be fluent in Japanese and English to effectively serve our diverse clients. This role involves working on important projects, improving bilingual communication, and collaborating on international transactions with our global offices.

Responsibilities:

Advise on cross-border M&A, business restructuring, and financial reporting.

クロスボーダーM&A、事業再編、財務報告に関するアドバイスを提供する。

Work with international teams on mergers, divestitures, and IPOs.

国際チームと連携し、合併、事業売却、IPOに取り組む。

Handle GAAP conversions and solve complex accounting issues like business combinations and consolidations.

Lead both domestic and international projects.

Qualifications:

Fluent in Japanese and English.

日本語と英語に堪能であること。

Strong background in financial advisory or a related field.

財務アドバイザリーまたは関連分野での豊富な経験を有すること。

Experience with cross-border transactions and complex accounting issues.
