Key Responsibilities

Perform financial due diligence for M&A deals.

M&A取引における財務デューデリジェンスの実施

Advise on accounting methods and strategies.

Prepare financial statements for divestitures.

Create financial models for transaction analysis.

Support post-merger integration, focusing on finance and accounting.

財務および会計に特化したPMI（合併後の統合）支援

Manage projects related to M&A services.

Qualifications

Fluent in business-level English, with financial support for English training if needed.

ビジネスレベルの英語力（必要に応じて英語研修費用を支援）

CPA certification, including USCPA, is a plus.

CPA資格（USCPAを含む）をお持ちの方歓迎

Experience in auditing, accounting, or finance at a reputable firm or company.

監査、会計、または財務分野における信頼ある企業での経験

Ideally, experience in Financial Advisory Services, particularly in M&A, restructuring, or valuation.
