Join our client's Asset & Wealth Management Assurance team as an experienced Audit & Advisory Specialist. You'll provide audit and advisory services to asset management companies, trust banks, and investment funds. This role offers global exposure and industry insights in a diverse work setting. CPA/USCPA holders have strong career growth opportunities, especially in audit.


Key Responsibilities

• - Audit securities investment trusts and real estate funds per US-GAAP, IFRS, and J-GAAP.
• - Perform compliance audits and check internal controls for asset management firms and trust banks.
• - Build internal control systems, compliance frameworks, and risk management plans for financial institutions.
• - Assess investment plans, set up asset management companies, and structure funds.
• - Study regulatory trends and write advisory reports on market changes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• - Must have CPA, USCPA, or ACCA qualification.
• - Preferably experienced in financial institutions, audit firms, or tax advisory.
• - Business-level English for working with global clients is preferred.
