We are looking for an Assistant to the CEO at a top company in the finance and real estate sectors. You will work directly with top leadership and contribute to important projects while growing your career in a supportive setting.

業務内容：

• CEOの日常業務が円滑に進むよう、全面的な管理サポートを提供します。
• CEOのスケジュール管理を行い、会議、アポイントメント、出張などを調整します。
• CEOと社内外のステークホルダーの連絡窓口としての役割を果たします。
• 会議用の資料やプレゼンテーション、報告書の作成・編集を行います。
• 戦略的な意思決定をサポートするため、リサーチやデータ収集を行います。
• プロジェクト管理を支援し、主要なイニシアチブをモニターします。

応募資格：

• 同様のエグゼクティブサポートの経験をお持ちの方、特に金融または不動産業界での経験が望ましいです。
• 優れた組織力とマルチタスク能力を持ち、細部に注意を払える方。
• 英語での優れたコミュニケーション能力を持つ方（日本語能力があれば尚可）。
• 機密情報を扱う際に、慎重さを持って対応できる方。
• 問題解決能力が高く、変化の激しい環境で柔軟に対応できる方。
