We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager for our client's Care Chemicals division, focusing on Personal Care Solutions. Key Responsibilities


Develop and carry out strategies to improve customer relationships and support growth.
顧客との関係を強化し、成長を支援するための戦略を立案・実行する。

Lead new business projects by working with technical teams and supervisors.
技術チームや上司と連携し、新規ビジネスプロジェクトを主導する。

Implement and improve sales strategies for better business operations.
ビジネスの効率化を図るため、販売戦略を策定・改善する。

Manage sales forecasts, inventory, and distributor relationships, and keep accurate sales reports and pipeline management.
販売予測・在庫管理・代理店との関係構築を行い、正確な営業レポートやパイプライン管理を維持する。


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree required.
学士号を取得していること（必須）。

At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing in the personal care industry.
パーソナルケア業界における営業またはマーケティングの経験が5年以上ある方。

Background in chemistry, biology, or marketing is a plus.
化学・生物学・マーケティングの知識をお持ちの方は尚可。

Strong communication skills in Japanese and English are required.
日本語および英語での高いコミュニケーション能力が求められます。
