We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to boost the efficiency of our client's sales team. This position offers a path for career growth, with potential to move into management roles. You will support sales efforts, ensure smooth communication, and create training resources. Strong communication skills are key for working with teams both locally and at the head office in Utah. The role also includes opportunities for strategic involvement, travel, and event management.


主な職務内容：

• - 営業プロモーションの調整および時間通りの実施。
• - 各チーム向けのコミュニケーション資料の作成・管理、迅速な共有の確保。
• - 正確なレポートの作成による意思決定のサポート。
• - トレーニング資料とサポートドキュメントの作成・提供。
• - イベントや表彰プログラムの企画・運営。
• - 各チームとの協力による営業活動の調整。
• - 営業プロセスの見直しと改善。
• - 新入社員へのツール、プロセス、ベストプラクティスのトレーニング。
• - 本社との連携を通じ、現地営業戦略に必要な承認を取得。

必要な資格と経験：

• - 学士号が望ましい。
• - 営業またはマーケティング分野での4年以上の経験。
• - 日本語と英語に堪能で、優れた文書および口頭のスキル。
• - 優れた組織力と細部への注意力。
• - 自立して働く能力と、ディストリビューターや同僚との良好な関係を維持する能力。
• - 必要に応じて出張や週末勤務が可能な方。
