Our client are a high-end hotel group, recruiting an Assistant Club Manager. You'll to lead operations at at a major & well-established property in central Tokyo.

Responsibilities:

• - Manage the lounge area
• - Ensure excellent guest satisfaction
• - Manage VIP requests.
• - Manage stock levels.
• - Lead & manage team.
• - Provide coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
• - Monthly profit and loss reports.
• - Monitor and control labor costs, food and beverage costs, and other expenses.
• - Manage upselling strategies & processes.
• - Oversee cash and card transactions.

Requirements:

• - At least three years of experience in a club lounge or related area.
• - Supervisory / managerial experience.
• - Previous experience in front desk or concierge operations (preferred).
• - Must be fluent in Japanese.
