A leading company in the luxury goods sector is looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager to improve financial operations in their Tokyo office.

Our client offers flexible hours and hybrid / remote working options.

業務内容:

• - 財務・経理業務を複数ブランドにわたり管理
• - チームの指導と管理
• - 受注から売上までのプロセス管理
• - 月次締め業務を担当し、在庫および税務報告を含む本社要件への準拠を確保
• - プロセス改善を目的としたプロジェクトを主導
• - 強固な内部統制システムの構築と維持

応募資格:

• - 財務、会計、経済、またはビジネス分野での学位が望ましい
• - 国際的な小売業界で5年以上の会計経験があり、特に売掛金と総勘定元帳に焦点を当て、リーダーシップおよびプロジェクトマネジメントの経験を有すること
• - Excelおよび会計ソフトに精通
• - 日商簿記2級または同等の資格；米国公認会計士（CPA）資格があれば尚可
• - 日本語と英語にビジネスレベルで流暢であること
